I’ve emailed them twice now and still haven’t heard anything back from customer service. Kinda frustrating, honestly... not sure if anyone is even checking the inbox tbh.

I grabbed a pair of work pants and a shirt from here, the prices felt a bit high for what I ended up getting. The quality was fine, just nothing that really stood out or made me feel like it was worth paying extra. I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, so... yeah. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they were running a really good sale or something.

The boots felt okay at first, but something about them didn’t totally win me over. After wearing them for a while, they started getting stiff and weren’t as comfortable as I hoped. I probably should’ve trusted my instinct on these.

so I tried to order a few things, but almost everything I wanted was showing as unavailable again. Frustrating.

I ordered my usual size and it was nowhere close, definitely fit way too small. it makes me wonder if they’re more focused on pushing sales than making sure the sizing is accurate. Frustrating

I placed my order and what showed up wasn’t what I picked at all. Not saying it’s a scam, but it’s frustrating to pay for certain items and then get something completely different

I was hoping to find the brands I usually buy, but they didn’t have any of the ones I actually needed. I probably should’ve checked more carefully before ordering, because now I’m feeling like this was a bit of a waste.

I ordered from WORK 'N GEAR thinking my stuff would show up in a few days, but the shipping ended up being sorta slow. The tracking also didn’t update for a while, which made it harder to know what was going on.

I needed the work pants for a job, so waiting around with no real updates was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to have a clearer idea of when they were actually coming.

The shipping cost was way higher than I expected, and I’m not waiting around to deal with that again. I’ll be ordering somewhere else next time.

I did get the right size eventually and the products are okay overall. It just took too long and felt like I had to keep following up so I would probably think twice before ordering again if sizing might be an issue.

But after just a few wears, the seams started coming loose, and I’m absolutely convinced they should’ve held up better than that. They’re not the worst pants on earth or anything, but for the price, I definitely expected better quality.

I tried using a promo code on WORK 'N GEAR after getting an email that made it seem like the discount would apply easily. But once I entered it, the site kept saying it wasn’t valid, so I was already guessing this was going to turn into one of those checkout surprises.

By the time I got to the final total, the discount was gone and the prices were higher than I expected. Maybe it’s just how their promos usually work, but it felt like the deal was there to get me on the site more than anything. I don’t think I’d order from them again

My refund took a few days to come back, which was a little annoying, but also not really a big deal. I was kind of impatient about it, though I guess it processed within a reasonable time. In the end it went through and everything was fine.

Not saying it’s a scam, but trying to buy anything on this site was a headache. The pages kept freezing on me, and when I finally got to checkout, it was messy and confusing. I ended up losing patience before I could even finish my order.

I ordered online for in-store pickup because I figured it would save me some time, which was adorable of me to assume. I got the email saying my order was ready, but when I showed up, no one seemed to know where it was for about 20 minutes. The staff was polite, at least, in a very “we’re all discovering this together” kind of way. Once they finally found it, the item itself was totally fine, but the whole pickup process kind of defeated the purpose
